Your engine bay looks pretty organized. It's hard doing anything with the civic engine bay since it's so cramped regardless. However it is certainly possible to tuck away some of that stuff on the driver's side and make the engine bay really nice.

You don't know a cramped engine bay until you've worked on a 3rd Gen RX-7. In comparison, the Civic bay is only slightly cluttered. Most of that has been cleaned up but there is still more that I would like to do (tucks and all).

The mr2 is no walk in the park either. Sometimes I sit on the engine or my trunk to reach things. Hopefully after my wiretuck, everything will be super accessible.

It is needed and has been installed.

That was the only part missing when I took the PIC. I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to notice. :thumb:

Yea, sorry about that. I so much want this to be completed as well but won't get it tuned until everything is set. I sent the compressor housing back to to Full Race to weld on another extenstion as I was worried that the coupler was too close to one of the exhaust runners. That has since been received back and they did an awesome job. Everything is ready on the car at this point however I want to triple check everything and also modify some of the wiring before Evans gets the car to tune. Waiting another week will at least allow for one last weekend to ensure that everything is in check. :thumb:

Here are PICs of the modified compressor housing. Geoff did an awesome job welding it and it fits perfectly. With this modification, the first intercooler pipe that connects to the compressor housing needs to be modified in order to connect to the next pipe section that has the BOV installed.

Other than that, everything on the car checks out and I am so much looking forward to the tune at Evans this coming Friday. :pimp:

I'd really like to get a race gas tune but am having touble trying to find a place in the Mount Bethel, PA area (where Evans is located) to get 5 gallons of the stuff. Anyone know of a place around there that has it in stock where I can buy some?

Wouldn't Evans have an idea where they sell race gas in their area?

I think driving through the tunnel or over the bridge with a 5gal drum of race gas is illegal right? I could try to get some from here.

You'll need to let me know the name of the specific race fuel that you need.

I asked and they do not have any at the shop. They also said that they are pretty much in the boonies so I'd likely have to drive a bit in order to get to a place around them that has it in stock.
