Webhosting Update

All,

This site was originally hosted by Limitless Hosting that was bought out sometime earlier this year by ReadyWire. Since the acquisition, my automatic yearly payments sent via PayPal to Limitless Hosting were canceled on their end where I was just recently informed of the issue. Approximately a week prior to that, I received an email from ReadyWire indicating that I have a past due amount (they did not say how much was owed and still have yet to inform me) that needed to be paid by the 12th of this month or the balance due would be forwarded to a collection agency. I have never received an invoice from them and have tried to respond to the initial email received without any response from their end. I am tring to resolve this issue but the lack of a response on the part of ReadyWire is a cause of concern. I wanted to share this information with everyone as I am not sure what steps they will take next. For your reference, below is a copy and paste of the email chain that where I last sent them a reply this evening at 8:09PM EST.

Hello,

Could you please provide me with an update so this matter can be resolved?

Thank you,
Eric

Hello,

I wanted to let you know that I searched through all of my email messages and never received an invoice from ReadyWire. I have no clue as to how much is owed for the hosting of kseries-tech.com. I also tried logging into "My Account" from the ReadyWire website and cannot login. Not receiving an invoice, knowing the amount owed or even being able to find out this information via your website makes it impossible for me to resolve this matter without further assistance from your end.

I would appreciate your timely response.

Regards,
Eric

Hello,

Once again, I am trying to contact you to resolve this matter. I have tried calling several times and also left a voice message last week along with my phone number for my call to be returned. I have yet to hear anything and would appreciate some form of response.

Regards,
Eric

Rick,

I called this afternoon and left a message regarding this email. My account was initially set up through Limitless Hosting where my payments were automatically sent to them on a yearly basis via a PayPal automatic transfer. Apparently, those transfers got canceled on your end when Ready Wire purchased Limitless Hosting.

Please provide me with your direct number so I can call you to clear this issue. In the future, I would also appreciate any and all billing related issues to be delivered to me via postal mail instead of to this email address that I rarely use anymore.

Regards,
Eric Grimes

Dear Eric,

We have tried every approach we could think of to collect this debt. We have absolutely no interest in turning this over to a collection agency or our attorney. However, we don't know what other choice your nonpayment gives us.

Please send us a check for the full amount or call us to setup a suitable repayment plan so we can avoid the collection route. That is a difficult and expensive approach for all concerned. Besides which, we would like to retain you as a customer and get our relationship back on a current and paying basis.

Our mailing address is:

ReadyWire Multimedia Solutions
PO BOX 811061
Chicago, IL 60681

Please call us immediately to resolve this matter. if you do not call or work out a suitable arrangement within the next 10 days, we will be forced to turn this over for collection, which does neither of us any good and will be a disappointment to us all.

Hoping for your prompt payment and/or quick response.

With best regards,

Rick

PM Box Size

Previously, the setting on the site for each user was to allow for 4 folders containing no more than 50 PM's each. The size has since been increased to 10 folders containing no more than 250 PM's each. If your primary PM folders (i.e., Inbox and Outbox) already have 250 messages in it, then the oldest message will be removed to allow for the new one to be delivered. You can change this setting in your User Control Panel link should you not want to have an old message deleted if you reach the limit.
